Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UzEats, operated by Uzeats USA LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Last updated: May 27, 2026
1. The Service
UzEats is an online ordering and restaurant management platform. Depending on your deployment, we may operate a multi-restaurant marketplace, a single-restaurant branded storefront, or white-label sites for partner venues. We provide technology to browse menus, place orders for delivery or pickup, pay where enabled, and manage accounts—not food preparation or delivery unless we state otherwise in writing.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Orders
- When you place an order, you enter into a contract with the restaurant for the food and beverages. Uzeats USA LLC is not the merchant of record for those items unless we clearly identify ourselves as the seller.
- Prices, availability, taxes, fees, and delivery areas are set by the restaurant and platform configuration. We may correct obvious pricing errors before acceptance.
- You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including applicable taxes, tips, delivery fees, and platform or convenience fees disclosed at checkout.
- Restaurants may accept or reject orders. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and restaurant policies.
4. Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe or other designated payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Your use of payment features is also subject to the processor's terms. Loyalty points, promotions, and gift-style credits, where offered, have rules shown at checkout or in your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
- Violating law or third-party rights
- Submitting false orders, fraudulent chargebacks, or abusive content
- Interfering with security, scraping beyond permitted use, or reverse engineering the platform
- Harassing restaurants, drivers, or support staff
6. Third-party services
The Service may integrate Google sign-in, maps and address services, email providers, push notifications, and restaurant POS systems. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. FOOD QUALITY, SAFETY, AND TIMELINESS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RESTAURANT AND ANY DELIVERY PROVIDERS THEY USE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Uzeats USA LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
9. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Virginia for disputes that are not subject to mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version with an updated date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
