Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Uzeats USA LLC ("we") uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies when you use UzEats (the "Service").
Last updated: June 8, 2026
1. What we use
We use a limited set of technologies for essential operation and, with your consent, analytics:
- Authentication (essential) — Session cookies or tokens so you can stay signed in securely (including optional Google OAuth where enabled).
- Cart and checkout (essential) — Local storage or cookies to remember items in your cart and checkout progress.
- Security and preferences (essential) — Values that help prevent abuse, remember theme or accessibility choices, or support CSRF protection.
- Payments (essential) — Stripe and similar partners may set cookies or storage required to complete card payments and fraud prevention.
- Analytics (non-essential, consent required) — When enabled and you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics may set cookies to measure site usage and improve the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
2. Third-party cookies
When you use certain features, partners may set their own cookies, for example:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google — sign-in, Maps, Places, and Analytics (usage measurement when enabled)
Those providers' policies govern their cookies. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
3. Your choices
Essential cookies are required for the Service to work. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in our cookie banner or on Your privacy choices. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of analytics sharing where required by law.
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Doing so may sign you out, empty your cart, and reset your analytics preference. Most browsers let you block cookies entirely; blocking essential cookies may prevent the Service from working correctly.
To opt out of Google Analytics across sites, visit Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
4. Retention
Session and authentication cookies typically expire when you sign out or after a limited period of inactivity. Cart data in local storage persists until you clear it or complete checkout. Analytics consent preferences are stored locally until you change or clear them. Google Analytics cookies follow Google's retention settings configured for our property.
